After Thanksgiving, I needed something to kick my sweets craving. With all the pie, cake, and cookies going around it can be hard to get back on track with eating healthy. I found the solution to not only kick my sweets craving but also my salty cravings. Plus, I am fueling my body with the nutrients it needs. Shakeology helps you to lose weight, provides healthy energy, supports digestion and regularity, and reduces junk food cravings. It is packed with super foods from around the world which are good for your health. My daughter and I made these together and it only took a few minutes. You can use steel oats in place of the rice cakes. I was craving something salty so I used rice cakes.
Ingredients:
1 scoop of Shakeology
1 cup of natural nut butter(PB or almond butter)
2 tsp of raw honey or agave nectar
1 cup of rice cakes or steel oats
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together
Roll into small size balls
Place in fridge to harden
Eat when cravings are creeping in:)
