I have seriously been on a huge kick with overnight oats. They are so easy and simple to make. I love putting them in mason jars and grabbing them when I am on the go which is ALWAYS. My daughter even loves them. I stumbled across this genius recipe from skinny taste and tweaked it just a bit. Everyone loves peanut butter and jelly so why not incorporate them into overnight oats. Try this next time you want a quick and delicious breakfast.
Ingredients
1/2 cup coconut milk or almond milk
1/4 cup oats either steel cut or quick cooking
1/4 cup red seedless grapes cut in half
1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon agave nectar or raw honey
Toppings
1 tablespoon crunchy almond butter
1 tablespoon of your choice of jelly. I love mayhaw jelly
Directions
In 8 oz mason jar, combine milk, oats, grapes, chia seeds, and nectar. Put the lid on and mix all ingredients. Store in refrigerator overnight
In the morning, stir in the almond butter and jelly and eat on the go:)
