| I love spaghetti and everything about it. It is my comfort food. Growing up, I always looked forward to spaghetti night. I eve remember being in daycare and Mrs. Maggie would make it for me. She would cut my noodles up really tiny and serve it to me with grape kool-aid. It is funny the things that stick with you. So, I have put a spin on my comfort spaghetti to make it healthier for my family and I. I use spaghetti squash and ground turkey. It is so yummy and I can cut it up small like when I was little. Ingredients 3-4 servings 1 spaghetti squash 1 lb ground turkey 1/2 yellow onion 2 garlic cloves Tomato sauce of your choice Parmesan cheese Instructions Cut squash in half very carefully Clean out seed and flesh Place face down in baking dish Put enough water in dish to coat bottom Bake at 350 for 35-40 mins While baking, chop your garlic and onion Sauté in pan Cook ground turkey Drain and add sauce Let simmer while cooking squash Once squash is cooked, take a fork and scrape up the meaty part Put in a bowl, add sauce and Parmesan Enjoy😉 |
Let His light shine !
For God, who said, “Let light shine out of darkness,” made his light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of God’s glory displayed in the face of Christ.
