Broccoli Salad
2 servings
1 cup chopped fresh raw broccoli
1/2 cup of plain greek yogurt
2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon of lemon juice with apples
1 tablespoon of lemon juice with wet ingredients
2 tablespoons of honey
1/4 cup of dried cranberries
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup red onion
1/4 cup red apples chopped
Chop Broccoli into bite size pieces and place in a bowl. Chop red onion and place in bowl with broccoli. Add cranberries and almonds. Chop apples and set aside in small bowl. Add lemon juice to apples and mix. Place apples in bowl with broccoli mix.
Mix your wet ingredients together and pour into broccoli mixture. Mix well until coated. Store in refrigerator or eat right away.
